Concept and draft design for a luxury, 1,000 sqm family home with basement parking and outdoor-indoor swimming pool. The proposal is to replace the existing house built in 60's in a conservation area, overlooking grounds of a historic park.
Design development is currently in progress.

THE AVENUE
Chobham
The Avenue is a new build detached house in the gardens of an existing dwelling located at the edge of Chobham Village. We worked with Rockwood Homes to develop a design which respected the height and scale of the existing houses on the street. Deep windows and apex glazing help bring light into the house, ensuring well light spaces.
A soft palette of materials was selected including hand made bricks and oak framing which responded to the local vernacular and helped the new house settle into its edge of village location.
