Kinsale is holiday retreat designed for a private client. It is located in County Cork, Ireland where the site benefits from picturesque vistas of the River Bandon.

Our client's brief was to design a contemporary dwelling with a classical appearance that takes advantage of its setting and would not be overbearing to the neighbouring properties.

Classical details and the choice of materials will produce a high quality, luxurious holiday destination. The internal arrangement of the house together with double height space and extensive use of glass will provide a light and airy space with unincumbered views up and down the river.
